Educational Qualifications
- Mandatory: Post Graduate in Mass Communication & Journalism or a related field such as Public Administration, Public Health, Environmental Policy, Education, Gender Studies, Economics, or Management from a recognized institution.
- Preferred: Relevant diplomas or certifications related to media, communication, or digital marketing.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum: 5+ years in the media and communications sector, with work published in articles, documentaries, films, or on websites/journals/channels.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Suite.
- Experience in content management and basic IT skills.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, social media tools, AI, and Google tools.
- Ability to speak and write in any local language – Khasi, Garo, or Pnar (mandatory).
